Worst service ever!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET KEYS MADE HERE!! Employees are not trained for an equipment and doesn't have communication skills to do the service!!! They give you the run around! We've bought the fob key and was told it takes a few days to come in which cost $264 and that was it. Then when it came in they told us they needed the vehicle to program it which they didn't tell us when we bought the fob. So I got it towed there. So we get there ready for them to program the key to the vehicle they told us they didn't know how to program the key. So I wasted money to get it towed and my time! If you need your key made call Anvil Locksmith cause he got it done right and it was less in the price and time for him to program the key. THANK YOU ANVIL LOCKSMITH FOR MY KEY!! I will tell you right now, the employees are so friendly and helpful. They let you look around for a bit before offering you help. They don't pressure you like a lot of store's. I hate walking into a store and immediately they start on you. Not Ace. These people are professional.

Typical high prices, usually have what I need. The biggest problem is experience, my wife and I make 6 figures and just want to find what we need, pay and leave. The employees watch you like a hawk like your a thief and constantly ask what you need instead of letting you figure it out. There is difference between being helpful and being like "best buy ask you over and over" while they literally watch you shop. I get in this area there are some seedy people, but this needs to be toned down. I will not be back due to the experience, not because of the prices. Really lacks the small town feel I have always known Ace for.

As soon as I walk in the door I'm made to feel welcomed and I am always immediately asked if I need help. The employees are all extremely nice and eager to give you a great experience. The selection is quite extensive for a smaller hardware store and now they even sell ammo.

The store was neat and clean and clearly products were easy to locate however the customer service needs improvement. Not completely rude just more customer friendly.
